Dubai International Airport (DXB) is about a 39-minute drive, while the new Al Maktoum International Airport is approximately 31 minutes away by car.
Road Access
Motor City provides easy access to Emirates Road and Al Khail Road, with Sheikh Zayed Road just a 10-minute drive away. Dubai Marina and Mall of the Emirates are about 20 minutes by car, and the airport is around 40 minutes away.
Public Transport
While there is no metro service in Motor City, residents can take the F29 bus to reach Mall of the Emirates.

Marina Beach is a popular free beach in Dubai, offering a beautiful spot to enjoy the sun and summer activities. It is located along The Walk at JBR.
Located just north of the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Sunset Beach is a public beach ideal for selfies with the Burj Al Arab in the background. It features a wide sandy strip and excellent facilities, including toilets, showers, changing cubicles, and Wi-Fi provided by Smart Palms.
