Why Dubai South ?

Dubai South, previously known as Dubai World Central, is a visionary, master-planned city that revolves around the Al Maktoum International Airport. Once fully completed, this airport will become the largest in the world, with the capacity to accommodate over 200 million passengers and manage 16 million tones of cargo annually.

Spanning an impressive 145 square kilometers, Dubai South stands as one of the UAE’s most ambitious urban developments. Conceived as “The Centre of Tomorrow,” it comprises eight distinct, integrated districts, each serving a unique function:

  1. Residential: A community-focused living space.
  2. Commercial: A hub for business and commerce.
  3. Logistics: A center for global trade and transportation.
  4. Aviation: Dedicated to the aviation industry.
  5. Humanitarian: A base for international humanitarian efforts.
  6. Golf: Offering leisure and recreational facilities.
  7. Exhibition: A space for large-scale events and exhibitions.
  8. Al Maktoum International Airport: The core of the entire development, set to be the world’s largest airport.
